When I am working with a client I use a number of techniques, the primary being Exercises in Consciousness, as well as breathing and meditation techniques. I may also recommend nutritional changes and specific health and wellness exercises. The purpose of the consultation is to provide you with as many solutions and tools as possible so that you can begin to transform your life.

"Exercises in Consciousness are a "spiritual technology". Think of it as a tool to discover how your software -- your thought forms about yourself, life, love, work, relationships, are driving your hardware -- your psychology and physicality. Exercises in Consciousness are healing techniques developed to help you to identify, dissolve and redefine your core beliefs that inhibit your growth or success in life. Training your consciousness is key to freeing yourself from emotional patterns that do not support you, and refining the mindsets that create success.

Bereavement and loss: healing from the death of a loved one, and the effects of attempted suicide, and critical illness.

Addiction: identifying and releasing the patterns that have lead to addictions to destructive habits and behaviors.
